[2D] First results!

The FEM solver of EMerge has its first results! With the current implementation you can simulate a simple 2D waveguide type geometry with waveguide ports. This version of the solver uses Shapely for the geometric boolean algebra and GMSH for meshing. Scipy’s sparse solver BiCGStab is used as a default solver allthough any desired solver can be used.
